How are your orders processed?

Orders on this site are processed and fulfilled by orderaprint.com. They take care of the printing and shipping of the products. If you have any queries, please contact them on support@orderaprint.com, or visit their support page here.
What payment types do you accpet?

Payments are taken via PayPal. However, you do not need a PayPal account to place an order. You can pay by credit/debit card using the guest checkout option. Under the PayPal login section there is a button that says "Pay by Debit or Credit Card".
I want to buy a greeting card/postcard but I don't see the option?

Greeting cards and postcards can only be purchased through our store on RedBubble. You can visit the RedBubble store here. There is a menu system on RedBubble to filter by type of product, or once a photo is slected, there is a link under the photo that says "View this design on +?? products". Certain photos aren't available on all products.
I have seen you post a photo on Facebook/Instagram but it isn't on the shop, can I buy it?"

Yes! If you have seen something you would like please use the form here to contact me and I will get you back to you.
How long does it take to recieve my order?

Orders placed on this site are usually shipped out within 3 business days and arrive within 9 to 12 days. If you are ordering different types of products, they may be sent seperatley. Orders placed on RedBubble will have an estimate on the checkout page.
How do I download digital images?

When you submit an order of a digital file, you will receive the order confirmation e-mail which includes the “Download Image” button and a “download license” link. Once you click on it, it will download the purchased content. The download links are available for 30 days and will be expired afterward. If you have not downloaded your digital image within the 30 days, please contact OrderAPrint by clicking here.
The image doesn't look right on my chosen product preview, can I adjust it?"

Yes. Once you have selected your product, click on the 'edit' button to reposition the image. This is not possible for prints/canvasses etc.
